Automation & AI

Follow-ups, routing, documents and content handled by fixed rules first, and by AI only where judgement is needed, with a person checking.

Sounds familiar?

  • The same manual steps every day.
  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering.
  • AI sounds interesting, but nobody knows where it fits.

The same small steps come back every day: copy a record, send a reminder, move a file. They get done while someone remembers them and stop when that person is busy or away.

What we build

  • Follow-ups, routing and notifications that run on their own
  • Document and data processing
  • Content pipelines from brief to publishing
  • AI agents with approvals, logs and audit trails

We automate across the tools you already use: forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, databases and publishing tools. Where a step needs a model, an AI agent does one narrow job with clear inputs and outputs. The system around it keeps track of the state and stays in control, so the model never runs a whole process on its own.

How we work

Rules before AI. If a clear rule can route a form, check a field or move a record, a fixed rule does it, because a rule is easier to test and to run. AI comes in where the input needs interpretation: reading varied documents, drafting from a brief, sorting unclear requests. A person checks the result. Each run leaves a log, important actions leave an audit trail, and uncertain steps wait for approval.

An example

Short-form content for several accounts meant the same steps by hand for every piece: script, media, brand treatment, scheduling. We built an AI pipeline that takes a brief through all of them to scheduled publishing, without anyone carrying it from step to step. The brand treatment is built in, so every piece follows it.

  1. The brief says what the piece is for. Why it helps: Everyone starts from the same goal.

  2. The pipeline turns the brief into a script. Why it helps: The first draft is ready in minutes, not hours.

  3. The media is produced from the script. Why it helps: No manual editing for every single post.

  4. The brand treatment is applied the same way every time. Why it helps: Every piece looks like your brand, automatically.

  5. Scheduled for publishing on the right account. Why it helps: Posts go out steadily without anyone pressing publish.

Brief, script, media, brand, schedule: one step after the other, without handoffs.

Where to start

Pick one frequent task that everyone understands and someone can check. We separate its fixed rules from the parts that need judgement, then build the smallest workflow that removes a real manual step, with a person checking the result.

Start with the problem, not a spec.
